Me

Who I Am

I am a former Air Force flight officer, and a serial entrepreneur.

I currently own a search engine marketing firm that crushes page one organic results for businesses of any size, named

www.CrushPageOne.com

We also own some real estate, and we love the USA.

We know police have a very tough job, what with the criminals seeming to have more rights every day.

We also dislike abuse of power of any kind.

This speed trap situation in Lacrosse, Virginia actually made me think that maybe a camera would pop out somewhere and then I would be ‘punked’ by someone.

The cop in this video was the ONLY person speeding, period.

If he understood physics and geometry, he would have seen the BS in this whole event himself, based on his having to play catch up with me until the moment I pulled over.

He was NEVER at a static distance behind me, but as you hear on the video, that’s for me to prove.

He never saw the insanity of the results of this video, based on his original ticket.

Instead, he continued to blame my car, and even at the end he even implicated his car.

Right.

Physics and geometry are wrong, just cops looking to write tickets  that they do not have to prove, just ‘claim’ to have witnessed, take precedence.

This cops cruiser is probably outfitted with over 150K worth of  upgrades, and I have to trust him versus his radar gun.

Wrong answer ‘feller’.

This ‘pacing’ of drivers is an open invitation to lie.

Period.

Then, innocent citizens have to spend time and money to fight to prove their innocence, rather than being presumed innocent.

I never want a cops word to decide my fate, not when those radar guns are probably worth tens of thousands of dollars and rely on a pure science called math and physics.

But, I’m ‘crazy’ that way.

I will also attempt to get actual figures of how much this courthouse brings in monthly on ‘pacing’ tickets, with no-evidence-just-their-word backing.

I will also try to get someone to listen, and pick this story up.

What world did I enter on that fateful January 15th night, in early 2010?

Apparently a world where due process is based on only words, statements, and ‘their’ courtroom, lawyers and judges, versus Joe & Mary Citizen, who were maybe too scared or unable to fight the B.S.

All the while, the exceptionally costly radar or laser ‘gun’ sits there, unused, and begging the natural question: Why?

Unfairly charged motorist, with video proof!

Hello again, this time with a question after reading this commentary here. It has always been my impression and belief that even with the radar or laser being used, the cop can still say whatever the hell he/she wants to say and that’s that. Does the radar/laser device hold a date/time stamped electronic record of it’s readings that can be matched to the time/date the ticket was written? Never heard that. Even if it did, the cop can clock any vehicle and simply say it was you. Case in point, I’m driving behind a truck at 60 mph not able to pass him in a 70 mph turnpike zone because of the long line of vehicles storming past us on the left lane, obviously going way over 70. During this time while still behind the truck we pass a police car stationary on the side of the road. I have a permanently mounted radar detector always on and it went off, but I didn’t care because I was under the speed limit trapped behind the truck. I saw the cop pull out and give chase and I was sure he was going after one of the other passing vehicles who were really going much faster. The cop simply drove right up behind me and pulled me over, and issued me a ticket for doing 94 on a 70 mph zone “verified by radar”. What he did was simply catch up to the first vehicle moving away from him, which was me, the slowest. Not only a dishonest cop, but lazy too. His name is Officer Campbell of Osceola County, Florida.

I’d love it if the above site were to be checked out. This is a site I just made to prevent cop abuse and this fits right in. Thanks!

I have known a few lawmen in my day and have heard from their mouths “you say whatever you have to in order to get that conviction”. In other words lie like hell so the state, county, town gets the money. Kind of like stealing isn’t it? Crime, traffic accidents seemingly get worse and worse every year. Then we hear the cops are “out in force, cracking down” with “zero tolerance”. Great, more predators as I see it taking from honest people. Then they wonder why we don’t like or trust them. I agree they have a tough job when they deal with real criminals. Tired of it being the honest people who pay their salary and pension. I always think twice about calling the police as I see it of little benefit and more risk to me. Many thanks for your efforts in exposing the real crooks
